Banana Chai Smoothie: Beverage
Prep time:5 minutes
8 oz Milk
1 scoop Chai Tea Mix
1 Frozen Banana
6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
1/3 cup Crushed Ice
Add all ingredients in a blender, with the exception of the cinnamon.
Blend to desired consistency.
Serve in 4 small glasses. It's fun to serve them in champagne glasses!
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drink immediately!
This is a great way to use those bananas that ripen before you're ready to eat them. Just peel them, chop into cubes, and freeze for up to 8 months.
