6 oz each 4 Salmon Fillets
1/4 cup Vermont Maple Syrup
1/8 cup Tamari Sauce
4 teaspoons Butter
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease sizzle pan or saute pan large enough to hold all four fillets. Place fillets on pan
Mix Maple Syrup and Tamari Sauce together. Tase - may add more Tamari Sauce if needed to make a tangy sweet/sour taste.
Pour over fillets.
Add butter pat (1 tsp each) on top of fillets. Place in oven.
Bake for 15 - 25 minutes depending on how you like to serve your salmon (rare, medium, well). cooking times vary with oven and thickness of fillets.
