Ingrédients

  • 2 Eggs at room temp.
  • 1 cup Milk at room temp.
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  1. Heat oven to 450 Generously grease six 6-ounce popover cups.
  2. Beat slightly (do not over beat): Eggs, then beat in flour, milk and salt just until smooth. Fill popover cups about 1/2 full.
  3. Bake 20 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350. Bake popover cups 20 minutes longer.
  4. Immediately remove from cups. Serve hot.
