Eggs Portuguese: Breakfast-Brunch

basil teaspoon 4 puff pastry shells, 2oz. onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed, butter, 1 can stewed tomatoes
prepar shell according to package directions. Remove caps. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add stewed tomatoes, seasoning and simmer.
Poach eggs Make package or home made Hollandise Sauce. Spoon tomato mixture into shells top with poached egg, drape with Hollandise Sauce over egg and shell. Garnish as desired
