Crispy Crepe

  • 2 Eckzekiel Tortillas
  • 5 slices Brie Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Jam
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

  1. Melt butter in pan with dry thyme.
  2. Add one Ezekiel Tortilla with all of the jam smeared on it, jam side up. Add the thick slices of brie. Add the second tortilla. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry until brown on first side, flip, remove from heat when cheese melts and begins to brown and crisp where it has bubbled out.
  4. Slice in half and serve with edible flowers and herbs on top. Add small side salad with Raspberry vinaigrette.
  5. For meat lovers, sliced ham or turkey can be melted in.
