Sundried Tomatoes: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Tomatoes

  • Rock Seasalt

Step 1:

Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them on a lattice face down.

Step 2:

Sprinkle salt over them and leave them in the sun to dry for a couple of days. You can tell when they are ready by their brownish-red colour.
