1785 Inn Tableside Bananas Foster: Dessert
Prep time:15 minutes
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 banana (quartered)
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 oz Myers's Dark Rum
1 pinch cinnamon
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Stir butter and sugar in a flambé pan over medium fire, until sugar dissolves.
Stir in bananas and banana liqueur until bananas soften.
Add rum and when warm, gently tilt the pan to ignite.
Sprinkle the cinnamon into the flames for a sparkle. When flames subside, serve over ice cream.
