Strawberry Surprise: Beverage

Prep time:10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 

  2 cups sliced strawberries

• 

  2 cups ice cubes

• 

  1/2 cup sweet white wine or gingerale

• 

  sugar to taste

Step 1:

Put strawberries and ice cubes in blender Blend until smooth

Step 2:

Add wine or gingerale Blend until smooth

Step 3:

Add sugar to taste

Step 4:

At this point - this can be a drunk as a slushy Or: put it into the freezer, freeze and have a sorbet later Or: add a little more liquid and pour into soup bowls for a cold soup - add a dollop of sour cream before serving
