In 1924 it was named Bircher-Muesli and became a Swiss national tradition. 4-6 people: Stir together, then add ½ lemon (squeezed onto fruit) 2 chopped apples, 2 bananas, 1 orange, some grapes, strawberries, or any other fruit such as pears, pineapples, blueberries, raspberries or kiwis…. Combine everything to your taste. Leave overnight. If you like, you can add nuts, raisins or Whipping cream!
