Zucchini Bread: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  3 eggs

• 

  1 cup vegetable oil

• 

  2 cups Sugar

• 

  2 cups grated zucchini

• 

  2 teaspoons Vanilla

• 

  3 cups Flour

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

• 

  1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  3 teaspoons Cinnamon

Step 1:

Beat eggs first until light and foamy.

Step 2:

Mix next four ingredients together and add to egg mixture.

Step 3:

Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

Step 4:

Bake at 325 degrees for apprx. an hour.

Step 5:
