1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Half and Half
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 lb Sweet Italian Sausage (ground)
1 cup Fontina cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Tomato Bruchetta (purchased in jar)
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350. Grease (spray Pam) a 13 x 9 casserole pan.
Whisk together eggs, milk, half & half, Ricotta and ½ of the cheese and herbs.
Cook the sausage, drain.
In the baking pan put the sausage layer down warm. Next, layer the egg and cheese mixture over the sausage and spoon lumps of cheese on top in 12 sections. Spoon tomato bruchetta on top in 12 sections.
Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown and center is firm.
