Artichoke Dip: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz can drained Canned Artichoke Hearts

  • small jar drained Marinated Artichoke Hearts

  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise

  • 4 oz drained chopped green chilies

  • 1/4 cup diced pimento or roasted red pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1:

Reserve Pimento. Mix all ingredients in food processor until blended. Stir in pimento. Put into small 1 1/2 quart baking dish.Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. If making ahead,. cover and refrigerate now.

Step 2:

Bake uncovered 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 20 Can put into smaller dishes for fewer guests.
