Lemon Oven Pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • zest 1 lemon

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 425 Degrees

Step 2:

melt butter in 10 inch oven ready skillet - when melted remove from heat

Step 3:

whisk together all ingredients - wet and dry - pour into buttered pan

Step 4:

place in the oven for 2o minutes or until puffed and lightly browned

Step 5:

cut into 4 wedges with pizza cutter and (Optional) sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Serve immediately while hot!
