Step 1:

Crab Quiche 5 eggs 2 Cups ½ & ½ 2 Tbs Parsley 2 Tbs Cilantro 2 Tbs Chives ½ tsp Old Bay ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper

Step 2:

Beat eggs – cream and seasonings together pour into a deep pie dish that has been lined with a pie crust. Crumble 3 – 4 oz of crab meat over pie Cover in grated cheese Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes – let stand for 10 – 15 minutes before cutting into wedges – serves 5 – 6
