Half Mile Three Cheese Tomato Pie: Breakfast-Brunch

1 baked pie shell
6 tomatos (peeled)
2 teaspoons shredded fresh basil
3 teaspoons minced fresh chives
1 1/4 cup mayo
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
1 cup grated gouda
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
Salt & Pepper to taste
(Spice Mixture Mix salt, pepper, basil, and chives together.
Place one layer tomatoes in pie shell and sprinkle with spice mixture. Continue layering tomatoes and spices in this manner until pie shell is full.
Mix mayo and cheeses and spread over tomato layers in pie shell.
Bake at 350 until done
