1 teaspoon Geletin - Unflavored
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cup Fresh or Frozen Berries (Blueberry, Raspberries, Blackberries, etc)
1/4 cup Muscat Wine
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh Mint or Chocolate Mint
•Combine gelatin,cream & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
•In separate bowl, place sour cream and vanilla.
•Gradually add hot cream mixture and use a wire whisk until smooth
•Pour into 6 Martini Glasses and refrigerate 4 or more hours till firm
•Toss all the berries in a bowl, with sugar, mint and wine, gently toss.
•Set aside and refrigerate until needed.
•Add berries to the top of the cream, place a sprig of mint, and you have a pretty picture.
This looks outstanding in a Martini glass but you could also use a wine glass or small fruit dish.
