Triple Berries Over French Vanilla Cream: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 6

Prep time:20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Geletin - Unflavored

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2 cup Fresh or Frozen Berries (Blueberry, Raspberries, Blackberries, etc)

  • 1/4 cup Muscat Wine

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint or Chocolate Mint

Step 1:

French Cream: •Combine gelatin,cream & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. •In separate bowl, place sour cream and vanilla. •Gradually add hot cream mixture and use a wire whisk until smooth •Pour into 6 Martini Glasses and refrigerate 4 or more hours till firm

Step 2:

Berries: •Toss all the berries in a bowl, with sugar, mint and wine, gently toss. •Set aside and refrigerate until needed.

Step 3:

To Serve: •Add berries to the top of the cream, place a sprig of mint, and you have a pretty picture.

Step 4:

This looks outstanding in a Martini glass but you could also use a wine glass or small fruit dish.
