lavendar pecan pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch

1 cup Kruestaz pancake mix
2 tablespoons lavendar syrup
1/2 cup pecans, finely ground
1/2 cup cream cheese, soft
1/4 cup preserves, your favorite
1/2 cup syrup, maple
1/8 cup butter
1/8 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup fresh fruit, if desired
Mix pancake mix, lavendar syrup, pecans and water until mixture is fluid and not too thick.
Heat griddle and melt butter. Drop mixture on griddle. Let turn golden brown and flip.
Place pancakes on plates, and spread with cream cheese and preserve mixture. Sprinkle with powerdered sugar and top with fresh fruit if desired.
Serve with warm maple syrup on the side.
