Egg Casserole: Breakfast-Brunch

1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/4 cup onion
4 white bread
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 teaspoons butter
1 lb breakfast sausage, or ham, or bacon
2 1/2 cups milk
Butter bottem of 9x13 baking dish---butter and cube bread slices and place in bottem of pan.
Cook meat source-- sautee onions and peppers Add meat source- sautee together for 3 minutes
Sprinkle over cubed bread slices.
Sprinkle grated cheese over onions, peppers,and sausage. Beat together milk and eggs. Pour over other ingrediants -Cover with Foil and Refridge overnight.
In morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees- Bake for 35 min. or until eggs are set. Enjoy
