Ingrédients

  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 4 white bread
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 teaspoons butter
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, or ham, or bacon
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

  1. Butter bottem of 9x13 baking dish---butter and cube bread slices and place in bottem of pan.
  2. Cook meat source-- sautee onions and peppers Add meat source- sautee together for 3 minutes
  3. Sprinkle over cubed bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over onions, peppers,and sausage. Beat together milk and eggs. Pour over other ingrediants -Cover with Foil and Refridge overnight.
  5. In morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees- Bake for 35 min. or until eggs are set. Enjoy
