Fluffy Cheese Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  3 Eggs

• 

  1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

• 

  1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese

• 

  1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese or what you prefer

• 

  dash Salt & Pepper

• 

  1 9" Pie Crust

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and prepare your 9" pie crust.

Step 2:

Blend together eggs and heavy whipping cream.

Step 3:

Fold in Parmesean & Cheddar cheeses, salt & pepper

Step 4:

Pour into pie crust evenly distributing the cheese.

Step 5:

Bake for 40-45 minutes (until center is done). Slice into 6 pieces.
