Blueberry Fritters: Breakfast-Brunch

1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Wild Maine Bluberries
Mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
Add milk and vanilla to egg and beat well.
Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
Fold in blueberries until evenly mixed.
Drop 2 oz. scoops of batter into 360 degree vegetable oil and cook until golden brown. Serve with wardm Maine Maple syrup. Enjoy!
