Whole Wheat (or Buttermilk) Pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups whole-wheat flour

  • 1 cup wheat bran

  • 4 tablespoons baking powder

  • 8 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 cups whole milk

Step 1:

Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately, then whisk together. Special Note: For buttermilk pancakes, substitute 8 cups buttermilk for the 4 cups of whole milk

Step 2:

Let stand for 5 minutes of "fluff" time.
