Oatmeal Raisin Cookies: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  1 cup butter

• 

  3/4 cup granulated sugar

• 

  1 1/3 cup brown sugar

• 

  2 eggs

• 

  1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 

  2 tablespoons water

• 

  1 teaspoon salt

• 

  3 3/4 cup rolled oats

• 

  2 cup flour

• 

  1 1/2 cup raisins

• 

  1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 

  2 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes then drain. Mix all the igrediets together, and spoon out a tablespoon at a time onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
