Maine Blueberry Pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch
5 cups Milk
1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
1 1/4 Sticks Melted Butter
5 cups Flour
1/4 cup Baking Powder
Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
In a mixer, mix together the eggs and milk, then sour cream and melted butter. Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Fold in the blueberries by hand until well blended.
Ladle onto a hot grill or frying pan, flip when brown and bubbly. Serve with Maine maple syrup.
