TACO PIE

Ingrédients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 3 Egg, whole
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 8 slices sliced Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese
  • 2 cups shreded lettuce
  • 2 cups crushed Nacho chips
  • 2 cups sour cream

  1. Cook and drain beef (may substitute 1/2 beef and 1/2 sausage) and onion. Stir in beans and taco seasoning. Spread in greased 9x9 pan.
  2. Beat together milk, Bisquick and eggs. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.Remove from oven and top with tomato slices and cheese.
  3. Bake another 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. On plate layer lettuce,then crushed Nachos, then square of pie and top with spoonful of sour cream.
