Orange Glazed Porkchop

Ingrédients

  • 4 8 to 10 oz bone-in porkchop
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 quart water
  • 1 orange orange zest
  • 2 cups orange marmarlade
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoon water

  1. Add salt,sugar and water together. Place porkchops in mixture let maranade over night.
  2. Preheat oven to 450.Place zest,juice and marmarlade in sauce pan. Bring to a boil then let simmer and reduce by 1/3. Mix together the corn starch and water. Add to sauce to thicken.
  3. Grill porkchops 1 min each side. Place in a baking dish coating each side with the sauce. Bake for 15 min. Top with remaining sauce.
