Bring butter to room temperature. Mix pesto sauce and butter together.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Slice Salmon into 8 oz servings. Add dry white wine to the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Place the salmon into baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Place salmon into pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven place on serving plate, and top with a dollop of pesto butter.
