Cheesecake: Dessert

Ingredients:

• 

  1/4 cup wheat germ

• 

  1 cup Cream Cheese

• 

  1 cup Tofu, firm

• 

  1 cup Splenda

• 

  1 Egg

• 

  3 Egg Whites

• 

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 

  1 cup Sour Cream

• 

  1 cup sweetened chocolated

Step 1:

Heat oven to 375. Dust a tube pan with wheat germ. Combine cream cheese, tofu, splenda, in a food processor until smooth. Add egg, and egg whites until blended. Add sour cream and chocolate. Pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes. Refrigerate for several hours. Serves 12-14
