Sausage and Potatoe Casserole

Ingrédients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 10 oz package cheddar cheese
  • 1 soup can milk

  1. Boil potatoes, cool and slice.
  2. In 3-quart casserole, place in layers the following: Potatoes, sausage, and cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. Mix soup and milk together and then pour over layers.
  4. Top with cheese and crumbled cornflakes (optional).
  5. Bake 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
