Sausage and Potatoe Casserole: Side Dish

Ingredients:

• 

  6 medium potatoes

• 

  1 lb pork sausage (cooked and drained)

• 

  1 can mushroom soup

• 

  10 oz package cheddar cheese

• 

  1 soup can milk

Step 1:

Boil potatoes, cool and slice.

Step 2:

In 3-quart casserole, place in layers the following: Potatoes, sausage, and cheese. Repeat layers.

Step 3:

Mix soup and milk together and then pour over layers.

Step 4:

Top with cheese and crumbled cornflakes (optional).

Step 5:

Bake 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
