Aunt Katherine's Sunday Morning Cheesy Egg Bake: Breakfast-Brunch
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup whole milk
8 oz cottage cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb monterrey jack cheese crumbled or cubed
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese crumbled or cubed
salt and pepper
Beat thoroughly eggs, flour, baking powder, salt/pepper, and milk.
mix in cottage cheese
then stir in crumbled cheese and pour into a greased baking dish
bake at 325 for 40 to 45 min untill puffed and golden brown ( if it starts to get dark cover with foil )
Let stand 10 mins before serving or else it will fall into a gooey mess!
