Paniolo Breakfast Casserole Ole: Main Dish

Ingredients:

• 

  1 dozen eggs

• 

  1 lb sausage

• 

  7 oz green chile sauce

• 

  1/2 cup chopped green onions

• 

  1 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated

• 

  1 lb mild cheddar cheese grated

• 

  1 teaspoon dry mustard

• 

  1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce

• 

  1 teaspoon onion salt

• 

  1 teaspoon onion salt

• 

  1 teaspoon onion salt

• 

  1 teaspoon onion salt

Step 1:

Brown sausage and drain grease

Step 2:

Blend eggs, chile sauce, mustard, worchestershire, onion salt in electic blender

Step 3:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

Step 4:

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until eggs set up and are slightly golden on top.
