Zesty Kitchen Kettle Bruschetta: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa

  • fresh basil leaf

  • toasted cheese bread

  • 1 lb fresh sliced mozzarella

Step 1:

Slice and toast seasoned cheese bread in oven.

Step 2:

Place one tablespoon of Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa on top of toasted cheese bread.

Step 3:

Add a slice of mozzarella chesse and top with fresh basil leaf. Serve and enjoy! Yields 20-30 servings.
