Goat cheese and crackers: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Chevre (soft goat cheese)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon Tarragon

  • 1/2 teaspoons Grated lemon rind

Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in a crock, serve as a spread for a variety of wheat crackers. Cover and Refrigerate leftovers.
