Banana Nut Bread: Bread
Servings: 4
Prep time:20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Step 1:
With electric mixer, beat eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla in large mixing bowl
Step 2:
Gently mix in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Step 3:
Fold in chopped walnuts.
Step 4:
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Step 5:
Bake 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
