Fresh Strawberry Crepes

Ingrédients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  1. Whisk together crepe batter ingredients until smooth. Heat a crepe pan (or commercial crepe maker) until hot and pour about 1/4 cup batter in, rotating the batter to make a thin covering. Crepe is done when the edges turn brown.
  2. FILLING: 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. dry sherry 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
  3. Combine filling ingredients except strawberries and fill crepes. Add strawberries in and on top of folded crepes and serve warm. Whipped cream should be offered with this dish.
