Zucchini Carrot Coconut Macadamia Bread: Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups White Flour
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 1/4 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Carrot, grated
1 cup Zucchini, grated
1 cup Macadamia Nuts
1 cup Coconut
Step 1:
Pre-Heat Oven to 325 degrees. Whisk flour, salt, soda, powder and cinnamon in small bowl.
Step 2:
Whisk egg, oil, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Step 3:
Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture, add carrot, zucchini, macadamia nuts and coconut. Mix well.
Step 4:
Seperate batter evenly into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking loaves with toothpick.
Step 5:
Cool 10 minutes and Enjoy!
