package teaspoons Packaged Phylo dough
3 tablespoons Shredded Cheese
1 tablespoon Fresh Chives
3 tablespoon Melted Butter
Preheat oven to 350
Cut Phylo sheets into 4X4 squares
Brush sheets with butter and line muffin tins using a criscross pattern. completely line muffin tins with buttered phylo.
Add one fresh egg to lined muffin tin.
Sprinkly with cheese and chives.
Bake until egg white is set about 6 to 8 minutes. The time depends on your oven. Bake until egg whites are cooked but yolks are still soft. Do not over bake.
Pop out of muffin tins and serve immediatley
