Garlic Pizza Wedges: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  1 Pre-baked Italian bread shell crust (14 oz)

• 

  1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

• 

  1 cup mayonnaise

• 

  1 small red onion, diced

• 

  3 garlic cloves, minced

• 

  1 tablespoon dried oregano

Step 1:

Place the crust on an ungreased 14" pizza pan.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and oregano; spread over crust.

Step 3:

Bake @450 degrees or until edges are slightly browned. Cut into wedges.
