Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:
4 Large Apples, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Sour Cream
Step 1:
Mix the apples walnuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl and set aside.
Step 2:
Cream together in a seperate bowl, the butter, 1 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla, add in the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, mix well, add in the sour cream and mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour 1/2 of the batter mixture into a greased angel food cake pan, add 1/2 of the apple mixture then add the balance of the batter and top with the remaining apple mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, cool on wire rack 1/2 hour before removing from pan.
