crustless quiche (egg-cheese bake): Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  1 dozen eggs

• 

  1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese

• 

  2 cups Ricotta cheese

Step 1:

whisk eggs - mix in cheeses

Step 2:

microwave 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) add: 1/4 cup flour 1 teasp. baking powder

Step 3:

Mix all

Step 4:

Pour into sprayed 13x9 glass baking dish - sprinkle with dried parsley flakes

Step 5:

Bake 350 degrees - 40-45 minutes or until set - allow few minutes stand time before serving from dish or cut into squares... Serves 12 more or less with other foods
