Chess Bars: Dessert

Prep time:45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix

  • 1 egg

  • 1 stick of butter

Step 1:

Mix egg into cake mix--melt butter, add to egg mixture. Stir until batter cecomes a ball. Pat into greased 2 x 15 flat pan.

Step 2:

Beat 8oz cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs and 1 box of confectioner sugar. Mix until smooth.

Step 3:

Pour on top of cake, bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown in preheated 350 degree oven.

Step 4:

cool completely before cutting into squares.
