Layered Parfait: Breakfast-Brunch
Prep time:10 minutes
1 box Granola cereal (without raisins)
4 cups Frozen strawberries, blueberries or bananas
1 container Strawberry Yogurt *
1 container Cool Whip or Whipped Topping
Layer the ingredients in a large, clear, glass parfait dish as below: 1st layer - granola (1/3 box) 2nd layer - frozen fuit (2 cups) 3rd layer - more granola (1/3 box) 4th layer - strawberry yogurt 5th layer - more fruit (2 cups)
Top with Cool Whip or Whipped Topping.
Refridgerate until served.
* Vanilla pudding can be substituted for yogurt.
