Rosemary Cream Cheese Eggs

Ingrédients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 2 Canadian bacon
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese

  1. Cut up canadian bacon into small pieces,place in oiled skillet.
  2. Snip off rosemary sprigs into skillet.
  3. Whip the eggs with the cream and pour into skillet.
  4. Scramble till nearly done turning often.
  5. Place cream cheese by the tablespoon into eggs and cook slowly till it is melted. Serve hot with fruit and biscuits.
