Chili Rellenos: Breakfast-Brunch
Prep time:1.25 hr.
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
8 oz cheddar cheese
16 fl oz sour cream
Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan with chilis.
Combine eggs and sour cream. Pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 degree for approximately 1 hour. Let set for 5 minutes before serving with salsa.
