Chocolate Apple Cake: Dessert

Ingredients:

• 

  4 cups apples, peeled and sliced

• 

  2 cups sugar

• 

  1 cup oil

• 

  2 eggs

• 

  3 cups flour

• 

  2 teaspoons baking soda

• 

  1 tablespoon cinnamon

• 

  1/2 teaspoon salt

• 

  1 cup chocolate chips

Step 1:

Stir sugar into apples and let stand 15 minutes. Mix in oil and then eggs.

Step 2:

Mix together dry ingredients (no need to sift) and stir into apple mixture.

Step 3:

Add chocolate chips and mix. Mixture will be stiff.

Step 4:

Spoon into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 45-55 minutes in a 350 oven. Serve warm.
