Grand Marnier Pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch
3 cups of flour<br> 3 Tablespoons of Refined Sugar<br> 3 Tablespoons of Sugar in the Raw<br> 4 teaspoons of baking powder<br> 3 beaten eggs<br> 2 ½ cups of milk<br> 5 tablespoons melted butter<br> Zest of one orange soaked in 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier<br>
Sift the flour, sugars and baking powder together and set aside.<br> <br> Add the melted butter to the milk to cool it down. Whisk in 3 eggs and the Grand Marnier soaked zest (along with Grand Marnier, don’t even think about wasting a drop of it!)<br> <br> Combine the two and you are ready to cook! Top with Whipped Grand Marnier Butter
<b>Whipped Grand Marnier Butter</b><br> 1 stick of softened butter <br> Juice of one orange freshly squeezed<br> 3/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar<br> Zest of one orange soaked in 2 Tablespoons of Grand Marnier<br><br> Whip butter, orange juice and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the zest and continue to whip until it is all incorporated nicely. Be sure to serve it at room temperature.
