Broccoli Cornbread: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  1/2 cup margarine, melted

• 

  1/2 teaspoon salt

• 

  1 large onion, chopped

• 

  10 oz. box chopped broccoli, thawed

• 

  1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

• 

  4 Eggs

• 

  1 can Mexican Corn

• 

  1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2:

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Step 3:

Pour into a 10" iron skillet and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 4:

This dish is actually more of a casserole than a bread. It is a great side dish with barbeque.
