Williamsburg Manor French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  2 Loaves Freshly Baked Soft Italian Bread

• 

  1/4 cup All Purpose Flour

• 

  2 cup Heavy Cream

• 

  1 pinch Sea Salt

• 

  1 dozen Eggs

• 

  1 teaspoon Cinnamon

• 

  1 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Nutmeg

Step 1:

With a bread knife slice the Bread into one inch slices.

Step 2:

Measure Flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream. Whisk in the remaining ingrediants until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3:

Heat a lightly buttered grilled over medium heat.

Step 4:

Soak the bread sliced in the mixture until satuarated.

Step 5:

Griddle bread on each side until golden brown. Serve Hot
