Ingrédients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Sift flour and confectioner's sugar into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter, vanilla and salt; beat until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly greased 6" skillet: add 3 Tbs. batter, spreading to almost cover the bottom of the skillet. Cook until lightly browned; turn and brown the other side
  3. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter. This will make 10-12 crepes.
