Chocolate Mousse: Dessert

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 oz sugar

  • 1 1/2oz sugar

  • 5 oz baking chocolate, semi-sweet

  • 3 cups whipping cream

Step 1:

Seperate egg yolks from egg whites.

Step 2:

Add 2 oz sugar to egg yolkes and beat.

Step 3:

Add 1 1/2 sugar to egg whites and beat.

Step 4:

Melt baking chocolate in double boiler.

Step 5:

Beat whipping cream till stiff. Fold egg whites into egg yolkes. Add chocolate and stir. Mix in whipped cream. Serve chilled.
