Amish Granola Muffins: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 3/4 cup Amish Granola

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1/2 cup Raisins

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil

Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Beat in the milk and oil.

Step 3:

Combine the 2 mixtures.

Step 4:

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
